New to SaaS

Lots of information and YouTube videos out there but just wanting some suggestions for the best educational content on going down this route from scratch.

For context I have an idea for an app to aid the manufacturing industry, small to medium machine shops but I come from mechanical engineering and am now trying to learn the basics of coding before for some understanding before using bubble to create the app. Just want any videos or podcasts people think are best ?
