Wanting to startup a small business for my girlfriend, don't know where to start/how to, anyone wanting to go into a small business together?

Hi, I'm from UK and have my fiancee in uganda, she's been with me for some years, anyway , basically we want to start a business together, well more for herself as she can't find a job as it's insane hard, so we are thinking of a small niche food stall or selling love chickens, basically we're up for anything but I have ZERO idea how to go about approaching this or starting something up , if someone could please help as I don't want her to feel entirely dependent on myself and her to have freedom of her own, so if anyone could provide any tips or help anything, or even if someone would like to come into partnership and startup something with us ourselves, I'd love for her to have her own income alongside myself as I help her so much and I feel guilty and bad about myself as I have no idea how to help or startup a business and can't find her a job, I'd like for her to have her own business or if someone wants to come into one with us or help find her a job? I just want her to feel safe and secure as there's some times where am not able to be there, I only am able to come 6 months (2 three month trips) a year as well which doesn't help, much appreciated and no negative comments please I have mental health and so does my fiancee, I've run out of ideas of who and where to ask and chatgpt is a loads bollocks most times
