i think exalted relics are not luck excluding

I'm a guy that has lots of aurora and rainbow totems right. So most of the time i fish at either moosewood or castaway trying to get another divine secret without any auroras or anything. But when theres an aurora and i use a rod with clearly higher luck somewhere, I definitely get lots of exalted relics more than 2 almost. I really dont think its just a coincidence cuz i guarantee get at least 1 exalted during an aurora anytime and almost never without an aurora, or with a rod with bad luck. What do you think?
