I've been listening to alot of subs but none have worked, yesterday I heard someone say u should believe that the thing u want has already happened I tried it while listening to a weight loss and adrostenol subliminal,I feel a little bit of pain on my ribs like when you just exercised,I do feel a little bit more confident today so....any subliminal experts to answer this
