Libidex suspender tights for men

I recently discovered these suspender tights from Libidex, and I have not been able to stop thinking about them. So I began looking around for a male version without any luck. There are some male leggings which are similar from Libidex, but none come close, and I have even investigated whether I could fit into the tights in question if I just order the right size, but sadly I am too tall (195 cm) for any of the standard sizes.

So now I want to draw upon this subreddit's infinite latex knowledge: Is there a reason I can't find something similar? It it simply not feasible to make something similar in a male version because of natural curves or something like that? Do you have experience with these tights, and are they not worth the hassle? Can they even be worn throughout the day without the garter belt curling up and falling down?

I have considered writing Libidex a mail to see if anything can be done to get the right size, but before doing so, I want to know if it's worth the hassle.
