Good post-accident Rehab Facility in Suffolk

Family member was involved in an accident, resulting in an injury and needs to go to a rehab once discharged from the hospital. I’ve heard/seen horror stories of rehab facilities. What are some genuinely good recommendations? I’ve heard good things about St Charles (Port Jeff), St Catherine’s (Smithtown), Gurwin (Commack). This is for a lucid and otherwise healthy mid 60 year old adult.
