[TOMT][Music Video][2020s?] Creepy/Unnerving Russian(?) 2D Animated Music Video. Man with a metal head on a train.

I remember being subscribed to an animation channel on YouTube that was most well known for a music video he made that went viral, but I can't for the life of me find it again.

From what I remember, the music video follows a man with a metal, very bucket-shaped head who sits down in a city train. There is another man sitting there with a disturbingly long head extending outward, his teeth on full display. Eventually, reality seems to distort and the long-headed man is about to attack the metal-headed man. Metal-headed man runs through the train cars to get away. The train begins to break apart, making way into a seemingly infinite white void. The long-headed man follows shortly behind despite the destruction, his large jaw unhinged as he attempts to reach the other man. Eventually, the scene transitions back to the normal train interior and metal-headed man wakes up where he was sitting before, revealing it to seemingly have been all a dream.

I remember this animator also had an animated series starring this metal-headed man, and also features other characters like a man with a hat for a head. I specifically remember the very end of one of the episodes where a bird poops in the hat guy's eye and he shouts "BLYAAAAATTT!".

Aside from that, I was hoping to find that music video again and who made it. It's been bothering me for years and I won't rest until I see it again.
