Decky Loader betrayal 😭

So last night I decided to try out some new Decky Loader plugins (the decky recorder one mostly), got an error message when playing and then it crashed and asked me to either downgrade Decky or boot without it, I tried to downgrade and omg mistakes were made

It got stuck in a intro/reboot loop, constantly crashing and the one time it turned on, the buttons flashed and didn't let me navigate to the point I was so sure I had somehow managed to break it

Anyway long story short I ended up solving it by using the Steam Deck Recovery Image thing on a USB to reinstall Steam OS for repairs but like 😭 those were some of the most terrifying moments of my life bro

I love that they got a system for this tho, it's like a safety net for when plugins go wrong and thank GOD 'cause my heart can't take this stress, I'm not used to this level of troubleshooting so I felt so accomplished when I finally got it fixed lmao

Have any of you had any scares like that with the deck?
