Having troubles planning

I'm new to the game but I'm having troubles planning ahead, currently I need green circuits to make blue science but I'm unsure how to plan out a factory without turning it into spaghetti. Please drop any suggestions. (playing on peaceful mode, wanted to get a feel for the factory part of the game first)
