Withholding taxes from a fascist government

I’ve scanned through the sub and a few others but haven’t really hit on the right thing yet. So, unless you live under a rock, the US is descending into fascism at an alarming rate, paid for by taxes. So how can we stop or at least minimize that? I specifically don’t want to diminish local taxes since local governments are picking up the immense slack, but I’m not sure that’s possible. I’ve been eying different corporate structures but I climbed out of the rabbit hole for some air. These are thought experiments so exotic and convoluted is totally game. That said, practical and actionable is better.
