Save issues on Switch

I started playing this game right when it came out on switch! I loved it and ended up clocking in a lot of hours. Unfortunately my save file was corrupted. That seems to be a common issue I noticed. Even more unfortunate the only work around is for PC….

I put in a support ticket and basically got the “it’s a known issue, don’t save to the cloud… and you have to start over”.

I’m not sure how to proceed. I would love to play, but I feel like I will 100% run into the same issue. There was a point where I was playing offline and saving was laggy. I thought initially it was a switch bug but how can a cloud save be impacted on multiple platforms? That seems like a pretty messed up game bug.

This sucks.
