Came up with a proven theory about self-help books

Discussion

Hey peeps,

I always have been a reader of fictional, scientific, romantic and thriller books. I was never into self-help books, tried reading many including Atomic Habits and 5am Club during the college years, but I could never get along with the learning those books were trying to provide.

But, recently I again gave a try with self-help books starting from “Don’t believe everything you think” and surprisingly I was getting the sense out of most paras. Why?

I have a theory: “Those who haven’t had experiences of life, they won’t get the charisma out of these book”.

What do you peeps think?
