I'm looking for a song from the years 1997-2005

I'm looking for a house/electronic song, sung by a black woman, with very few lyrics, from the years 1997-2005, whose music video begins with a boy wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood up.

He enters a supermarket-like store, walks past two large, solid security guards.

The character looks at a shelf with CDs/records and hides a CD in his clothes. The face of the black female singer, who sings this very song, appears on the CD cover. The boy doesn't pay for the CD, and when he reaches the security guards, he starts to run.

The majority of the music video is a continuous chase. The boy runs through the city, being pursued by the security guards.
