Suggestion on second hand scooty

Hey everyone, I’m planning to buy a scooty from someone in my office group. It’s a 2022 TVS Jupiter 125cc, in good condition with full service history. The asking price is ₹63,000. Do you think this is a good deal? Any tips on what I should check before buying?Also, I wanted guidance on RC transfer. Is it better to do it myself through RTO/online process, or go through an agent? What are the usual costs and steps involved?
