Suggest fitness band not watch

I am looking to buy a fitness band not a watch which is low cost and typically what I need is to count heart rate and also how many kilometres I am walking and all the physical activity I'm doing in the day and also sleep so please recommend me because I see a lot of random watches which are available I had show me or redmi 1 but that is not available and all the fitness band that is available they are quite big and that is not band actually they are watches.
