Help with a reliable, professional company

I've looked at so many moving co reviews and it's overwhelming...I have two weeks to move and all the reviews are scaring me...companies showing up hours late, breaking things (mostly TVS!), workers being lazy playing around while the clock ticks...can anyone share a personal experience of a PROFESSIONAL company that they liked and felt comfortable with, and would use again? Do they all charge by the hour? My last move was just under four hours which was a 2 br house. Now it's just a one bedroom. (That particular company said after four hours the rate goes up). Help! Who gets the job done right with no play time???
