Unwanted dream recurring this week?

I want to preface this by saying that I also have OCD so am overthinking this. I've been waking up at 5am from a dead sleep having to pee REALLY bad. But right before I have to pee, I either go naked in front of people, debate whether I should go topless, or do a push up (pls don't laugh).

I am generally comfortable in my own skin and very feminine and content being female. These dreams make me feel very uncomfortable and I think they stem from childhood (one moment where I briefly was topless and felt exposed). Normally I have these dreams *every few months* but having 3 in one week is quite abnormal for me. I think I've been feeling insecure/exposed at work at times and was ghosted by a guy a couple of months ago, but I would love for these dreams to stop.

My OCD tries to tell me it's because I secretly want to go naked in front of my friends and make people uncomfortable, but that just makes me feel extremely uneasy because I definitely don't want to do that!
