Wallpaper engine features on Linux Mint? DE change? Application?

i have been using LMint Cinnamon for about 2 to 3 months now, it is a delightful experience. I mostly do gaming, some video editing on shotcut, and the daily youtube/social media browsing, despite not being able to play some online games, it has been an awesome trip overall.

There is something that i miss from Windows though. Wallpaper Engine and it's features. being able to set the image, move it around to get the perfect angle/view, edit it etc. There's also the matter of changing the workspaces background which aparently you can't do on cinnamon, every workspace stay with the same image you changed it to.

Is there a desktop enviroment that could solve my problems? or an app or anything really.
