LUST…My First Sexual Deadly Sin. Part 1
Part 1
I walked into the Raffles Boston bar, called the Long Bar & Terrace. The oak floor yielded silently beneath my heels, its deep, warm stain catching the soft glow from the ceiling lights.
The bar hummed with energy, my long and toned legs, from daily visits to my gym carried me with a sway. The fabric of my dress hugged my hips, brushing softly over the rise of my chest. I shifted my weight, letting the arch of my ankle flex, the heel grazing the floor like a promise of what was to come.
He was sitting in the corner, laughing with a beautiful woman, his hand lazily wrapped around a glass of scotch I guessed. But the moment I crossed the room, his attention snapped to me. His gaze was sharp, unrelenting, trailing up my legs, lingering on the smooth skin of my thighs, the curve of my ankle in its heel, before climbing to where my dress clung to my chest. I could feel it, the heat of his stare, the way it wrapped around me, and I loved it since I was much older.
I didn’t need to look at him to know he was watching. I could feel him, like a spark against my skin.
I slid onto a barstool, the movement slow, deliberate. One leg crossed over the other, the slit in my dress parting just enough to reveal the soft line of my thigh. The lovely young barmaid appeared almost instantly, her eyes flicking over me with a mix of curiosity and something else that I couldn't quite nail…admiration, maybe envy. She was younger than my daughter, with short black hair, green eyes and a knowing smile.
“What can I get you?” she asked, her voice smooth, her gaze lingering a beat too long on the curve of my breasts.
I tilted my head slightly, letting the light catch the angle of my jaw. “Negroni,” I said, my voice low, almost a purr. “Please.”
She raised an eyebrow, her lips curling into a smirk. “That’s a bitter and complex drink Miss. I like that”
Her eyes drifted down my form again, and I felt a flicker of satisfaction. I loved how she stared at me, how her gaze lingered, how she couldn’t seem to look away. She turned to the shelves behind her, pulling down bottles with a practiced ease.
I leaned back slightly, letting the edge of the bar press gently against my chest. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw him shift in his seat, his attention fully on me now. His companion was saying something, but he wasn’t listening. His jaw tightened, his left leg.
The barmaid slid the drink toward me, a luminous ruby-red drink. Her fingers brushed mine as she handed it over, her touch lingering just long enough to be deliberate. “Enjoy,” she said, her voice dipping just a little lower.
I took the glass, my lips curving into a slow smile. “Thank you.” I held her gaze for a moment, letting the sexual tension simmer between us, before taking a sip. The drink was perfect. I could feel her watching me as I drank, her eyes tracing the line of my throat down to my breasts. I loved the way she looked at me, like I was a mystery she couldn’t quite solve.
When I set the glass down, I caught his eye again. He was leaning forward now, his elbows on the table, his gaze locked on me. I smiled, my fingers trailing the rim of the glass. The bar seemed to fade away, leaving only the pull between us, the heat of his stare, the weight of the moment.
The barmaid leaned in closer, her voice soft, almost conspiratorial. “He’s been watching you since you walked in,” she murmured, her eyes flicking toward him. “Do you know him? Or her?”
I glanced over at him, letting my smile deepen just enough to be dangerous. “Not yet,” I said, my voice a promise. She laughed lightly, a sound that danced in the air between us. “Good luck,” she said, winking before turning to another customer.
I took another sip of my drink, my eyes never leaving his. The bar was alive with energy, but all I could feel was the pull of his gaze, the promise of what was to come. And I knew, I knew he was mine if I didn’t push him away.
To my surprise his girlfriend disappeared toward the restroom, I stood and moved with purpose, my heels clicking softly against the floor. I pushed open the heavy wooden door, her scent hitting me as I stepped inside.
She was there, leaning against the vanity, her reflection catching my eye in the mirror. Her honey-blonde hair fell in loose waves around her shoulders, her face flushed from the drinks and the heat of the bar. She was striking, full lips painted a deep red, high cheekbones, blue eyes focused intently on her phone as she typed a message. Her skirt was sleek and hugged her figure perfectly, the fabric shimmering faintly under the soft lighting.
She glanced up as the door shut behind me, her lips curving into a polite smile. “Oh, hi,” she said, her voice smooth and warm. She tucked her phone into her clutch, her rings catching the light as she adjusted her grip. She was engaged.
I stepped closer, my heels echoing softly in the quiet room. “Hi,” I said, my tone casual but laced with intrigue. “I couldn’t help noticing your future husband. He’s stunning.”
Her smile widened, clearly surprised. “Thank you!. You look incredible yourself.” Her eyes flicked over me, taking in the curve of my hips, the slit of my dress. There was a flicker of curiosity, maybe since I was almost old enough to be her mom.
I moved closer, letting my shoulder brush hers as I reached for the faucet, turning it on and letting the water run over my fingers. “This place is something else, isn’t it? Feels like the kind of night where anything could happen.”
She just stared at me… So I continue the game of pull and push… “I have to say miss, I’m enjoying the view.”
She bit her lower lip, just for a second, before releasing it. “You’re bold.”
“I prefer honesty,” I corrected, my voice dropping an octave. I stepped in, close enough, my hand found her waist, my thumb brushing the bare skin just above the waistband of her skirt.
“Tell me, does he know how lucky he is?”
Her lips parted, her chest rising with a sharper inhale. “I…I don’t know.”
“Mmm.” I leaned in, my mouth near her ear, my breath warm against her skin. “Why don’t we find out?”
