Hey everyone,

Sharing a feature we've been working on in PapersFlow that addresses something we all complain about: research methods are hard to share and reproduce.

The idea: when you build an automated research workflow in PapersFlow (for lit reviews, meta-analyses, data extraction, whatever), you can publish it to a public Marketplace. Other researchers can browse it, see the full workflow graph, and import it directly into their own library.

In the demo (33 seconds), someone publishes a workflow called "YOLO Model Advancements Analysis" with four steps:

1. Search for Recent YOLO Papers
2. Extract Abstracts from Top Papers
3. Summarize Key Findings
4. Critique Methodological Approaches

They add a description, tag it for discoverability, and publish. The workflow immediately appears in the Marketplace with their name attached.

From the Marketplace, you can:

- **Browse** workflows by topic, tag, or author
- **Preview** the full workflow graph before committing
- **Import to Flows** -- add it to your library and run it on your own projects
- **Import with Project** -- clone the workflow along with any associated papers or collections

The point is that methods should be as shareable as findings. Right now, most research methods are buried in appendices, described vaguely in prose, or just never documented. This makes them:

1. Hard to reproduce
2. Hard to verify
3. Hard to build on

A published workflow with a visual graph and importable steps solves all three.

Some use cases I've seen:

- **Lab groups** publishing internal workflows so everyone uses the same methodology
- **Methods papers** where the workflow *is* the contribution
- **Reviewers** checking that a method is sound before publication
- **Students** learning best practices from workflows built by experienced researchers

Curious what you think:

1. Would you publish your workflows publicly, or prefer unlisted/private sharing?
2. What would make you trust a workflow enough to import it? (Reviews? Author credentials? Transparent step descriptions?)
3. Any workflows you wish existed that you'd import immediately?

Use code **PAPERSFLOWING20** for 20% off if you want to try it.
