Take Cover in Begin Again mod list

Recently started playing the Begin Again Wabbajack mod list. Been great so far! I found this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/89951 that adds a gears of war style cover system. For the life of me I can’t seem to get it to work. Would anyone know if it’s compatible with TTW, if there are any mods conflicting with it in Begin Again, or any changes I would need to make? Any help would be totally appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
