PDC are really scammers

I’ve tried logging into the new PDC app, but it just says my account is non existing… while I have a year subscription since nov 2025 (I still have my invocie so I have proof). Tried resetting password miltiple times but no emails where sent… Then I tried to submit a ticket via their website about this, but then I get a CAPTCHA error, multiple times already… I just can’t get a hold of them and now I’ve sent them a DM on Instagram because I don’t know what I can do anymore… Worst app ever AND worst customer support… jeez
