Help with something please

I’m interested in buying something from America. Total price comes to £66.76 including postage, it’s a pair of trousers (not sure if thats relevant). Was just wondering if anyone knows, would i have to pay any more fee’s on top of that? Appreciate any insight as i’ve never bought something from the US on eBay before - thank you!
