AITAH for waiting for my girlfriend to apologize
We had a fight two days ago over a slide in a presentation. At work, one of our colleagues is giving a presentation about the new hires' journey at work and within the team. My girlfriend and I are among them, and we were asked to make a slide each about ourselves. My girlfriend started working on hers right away, but I put it off until the last day because I was really busy at work. We talked about slides and agreed that she would create the visuals for mine because it wasn't too much trouble for her (she suggested it herself), and I would write the text.
The evening before the presentation, I say I'm going to write the text for the presentation and don't expect a big reaction, but she starts yelling and says she's already started writing the text for me. I say I want to write the text myself because this slide is about me and we agreed that I would write it. She replies that she doesn't remember such a conversation and says that if I do it myself, I don't respect her work and she will never help me again. I ask if she really wants to fight after a hard day at work (we returned at 8 pm after working since 9 am) over one slide, and she tells me to leave. We haven't spoken since.
We live together, and yesterday I made her breakfast and brought her all sorts of treats, but she demands that I apologize, and I expect her to apologize because she started this fight out of nothing and hurt my feelings. I feel like nothing will change over time. What should I do?
