Plain and Fancy v. StarMark Cabinetry?

My wife and I are thinking about new cabinets and countertops for our kitchen which dates back to 1993.

The design firm we are interested in uses StarMark and their higher end option is Plain and Fancy.

Has anyone cross shopped these two brands? Anyone with experience or knowledge have any insights into how these two brands compare?

I have found the in person displays of Plain and Fancy to be somewhat cleaner looking and more impressive, but I can’t really tell if there would be any real difference once installed.
