Proton Pass Not Filling Address and Contact Fields

Running Chrome on Android on my Pixel 9 Pro. For years I let Chrome auto fill forms with my address, birthday, etc and only used Proton Pass (and previously 1Password) for usernames and passwords. I also used Chrome for auto filling credit cards. Worked seemlessly until somewhat recently.

Now I can choose Proton Pass as my password service provider in Chrome, but it almost never correctly fills entire forms, if at all. It'll often only fill the single field I tap on.

How do I go back to using PP only for credentials and just let Chrome fill most forms and handle credit cards?
