MSI MAG tomahawk X870E boot times?

So I'm planning a new built to upgrade too, sometime later this year or next. I will be pairing this MOBO with a 9950x3D (may do further research) a RTX 5070 or its to variant. And will also have 2 M.2's for dual booting between Linux Mint, Windows 11 and 10. I don't know how often I will be switching between them but I heard this MOBO taking up to 30 - 40 seconds up to minutes to boot. Has anyone found ways to reduce the boot time. I'm still tied between getting this or the gigabyte B850 aurous elite wifi 7. Thanks
