Looking to have a custom leather & embroidered patch made for a leather Nascar jacket, any recommendations?

Hi, as said in the title I am looking to make custom leather & embroidered patches for a nascar leather jacket i own. I want to cover up the logos already on the arms with a different logo since i do not like who is advertised, but love the rest of the jacket. The logos take up a lot of space on the upper half of the arm & are on a cool dark green leather which I would like to keep intact.

Does anyone have any recommendations for who to work with on a project like this?
