Game to play after Elite Dangerous

So, if you're like me and you've played Elite, you know that it's really all about flying the ships. Omg does it feel great being a pilot in Elite Dangerous, especially with flight-assist switched off. I love the physics, and the controls, and I love the attention to detail required to operate the systems and pick the loadout.

Are there any games worth considering that will satisfy on a similar level? Thank you.
