Who does more damage e1 Hysilens or blackswan

Hey guys. So I currently have e1 Hyselins and e0 Kafka Swan with no limited lc except Payn which is unfortunately in the grave and is currently on arlan.

If all goes well I will get hysilens lc and blackswan e1 next patch if I win the next 5050 and 7525. Unfortunately I have to be conservative with my pulls because I have an e2 phainon with no cerydra so I cannot go for blackswan s1.

So between eyes of prey and hysilens cone who would get each one.
