Trouble with running rekordbox 7 on my asus window laptop

Every time I try running the app, an application error pops up- “This application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142) Click OK to close the application”- is there any way to resolve this?

I have seen other posts about this issue but nothing has seemed to work so far.
