Could my symptoms be a coming stroke?? Pls help

I’m 18f 99lbs 5’2 no smoking vaping or drinking and I’m being tested for pots and heds, for two weeks now I’ve had on and off random pains in the back of my head and top part and temple, not headache just random pains throughout the day and randomly like at least 4-5 days out of the past two weeks I was having vertigo on and off, and I felt like I was having tingly feeling in both arms a few days ago but idk if that was anxiety and my aunt has a stroke when she was 30 something so I’m really scared about strokes, and the er here pretty much only gives pain meds if you say anything about having head pain so idk what to do could the symptoms be an oncoming stroke??
