Rant ~ Hen party

I'm going to be upfront and say I'm not going to do anything about this other than rant here and get it off my chest.

My sister had a baby in mid January. My hen is end of March, and my sister said she is uncomfortable with going as she doesn't want to leave baby overnight ~ completely understandable, right? Right, I totally understand that. Today I was told that 2 weeks after my hen she is going to a concert and a night away and leaving baby with my other sister. I don't understand how 2 weeks later things will be different.

I don't want anyone at my hen if they don't want to be there, but why doesn't she want to be there? She likes nights out. Our mam and other sister is going so she'd be sharing a room with them. Why can't she go to my hen but she can to a concert?

Like I said, I won't say anything about it, I'm not going to beg someone to attend. It just hurts.
