Finishing university soon and need guidance/advice

Hello. I am almost 23 years old and I am finishing my degree in Computer Science at University of Cyprus.

I would like to express that since being a child my dream was to become a career man and be financially wealthy. I am in a big debate with my self, I was wondering whether it would be a good option to do a masters abroad in order to allow me the opportunity to enter the market there. However, an issue to that is that I am planning to make a gap year, as I am currently struggling financially and to also see what are my available options.

If you had similar situations and you manage to succeed, what would you advise me? How to move and what to bear in mind? What skills to build in order to land a high-paying job or being able to start a business later on in my life. I feel stressed as in Cyprus , I am restricted because it is a small island with much more limited options and opportunities.
