Scam right? Or ok?

I received a text message for a givvy free shoe. I’m new to whatnot. My activity doesn’t show I won a givvy from them? First I received a whatnot message to text a number. Message asks for me to choose a shoe, shipping address, and is now asking $40 shipping and now seems like a scam. Is it a scam? I looked at the profile and there isn’t a way to message the page that I can find…. Searched name to send message and it didn’t exist. It is a seller. Page has of 300k followers and there are upcoming agows to bookmark.
