I need help with my docker/velocity playit.gg setup

Hi guys! I'm running a headless Linux server with separate docker containers for playit.gg agent, velocity, and a few servers I'm connecting to. I can connect to velocity when I directly connect to my server (localhost) because I have the server at home. But whenever I try to use playit.gg to connect it fails with "Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset" instantly when I try to connect. Also, I've checked the velocity with playit.gg forum on support and I enabled "haproxy-protocol" to true on velocity and I set “Proxy Protocol” to proxy protocol v2 but same results, does anyone have any idea what I should do?
