How does this store even remain open?
Big shoutout to Best Buy for that “brand new” floodlight cam I ordered through my employer’s business account. I chose locker pickup, thinking it’d be fast and easy — and wow, what a surprise when I opened the locker to find a used box that had been lazily taped back together. Nothing says “premium shopping experience” like paying full price for someone else’s return, right?
Thankfully I caught it before the store closed, because as soon as I saw that mess, I parked, walked right in, and told them to either hand me a factory-sealed box or process a refund. Absolutely top-tier customer service, Best Buy. Really killing it.
