Looking for a dish

Hi, I'm looking for the name of a dish I often ate for Breakfast in Shanghai. It looked a bit like Xialongbao with the size of a Baozi. They dough was thin and the filling was mostly rice, not sure if maybe ground meat was mixed in. Can someone tell me how they are called?
