Relic room stuck/glitch

On a new run, my intro to the relic room where some unlock and an objective is to use the relic, it just glitches out, I can use the relic continually but the objective never passes and also I’m basically invincible and the room never completes to let me out.

Any way around this? I can’t progress without getting through this. Any help is appreciated 👌🏻
