Forgot to make build a legend rebirth, can I still?

Invested 150k in vc in a build I made but forgot to make it a legend rebirth. Is there anyway to change this after investing the vc? Currently have an 85 max but should be 99 with my rebirth.

Is there anyway workaround to making a player a rebirth after accidentally selecting no?
