Bleeding from tip no UL (cosmetic urethra)

I was cleared last week to start intermittently hanging while increasing the amount of time by 20 minutes daily rather than being in the cloud or sandwiched full time. I am coming up on being 6 weeks post op rff shaft only and this morning when I went to use the restroom I noticed that there was a little blood coming out of the “pee hole”. It wasn’t a ton of blood, I used a medical qtip with hydrogen peroxide to clean it.I did not get urethra lengthening but my surgeon created a cosmetic urethra which is only about 2 inches deep. I emailed my medical team but since it’s the weekend I probably won’t get an answer until Monday . This seems to be normal for people who got UL but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I’m assuming that due to hanging and an increase in mobility that it’s potentially dead tissue shedding or something but I’m not sure. Anyone experienced this?
