Any good physical therapist/occupational therapist for a wrist injury? (De quervain's tenosynovitis)

Hello,

It's been a month since I was diagnosed with de quervain, but this was in a different country. Now that I'm back home, I've been slowly healing and I'd say I'm like 80% of the way there (when it started it hurt so bad I could barely move my hand at all)

However, I feel like my healing has stagnated in the last week or so and I feel like that last 20% will be tough. At the recommendation of my doctor, I'm looking to start physical therapy or occupational therapy.

Anyone know a good place that specializes in these types of injuries? I dont wanna go to some random place and risk injuring myself further if they aren't very knowledgeable

Thanks!
