Soundcore Boom v2 vs Marshall Kilburn II

Hey, I’ve been meaning to get a speaker and I saw today that the Soundcore boom 2 was on sale for 79.99, and the Marshall Kilburn II was on sale for 149.97 (with the death star).

Wondering if anyone has had experiences with these and has a recommendation? For reference, would listen to mostly to pop/country. Also wondering if anyone knows what would replace the Marshall speaker at Costco since they’re getting rid of it and if it would be worth waiting for that. Thanks!!
