Spiraling cause my sister said im overreacting

Basically my dad beat me a couple years ago and is a generally evil unlikable annoying person and i just fucking hate him everything he does annoys me. And basically she told me to chill out out and stop being mad cause "ill make myself miserable and its not worth it" and idk i really want to kill myself. I feel like my anger isnt valid and im delusional and living in the pass. Which just makes me feel like a pussy i hate this
