Ranked is unplayable arround silver/gold because of smurfs

Smurfs are literally in every games arround high silver and gold

It's not fun, most of the time they are stack against you, it's just a 5 min stomp

Occasionally you'll have a smurf on your team and suddently it's just your team stomping

It's not fun, I want fair games, this is why I play ranked

Quickplay is unplayable because you get bots match, people not even trying with team composed of 4-5 dps, and even past that the teams are not even equilibrated so it's stomps as well

I don't understand why it's not at least adressed
