stuck in the abyss (cant die)

i got stuck in the abyss with 200 zombies to kill, not doable - tried to die and i can't, even if i get to chop my limbs off at max dmg to player i just get fully red screen, and then slowly heal, is there any way to un-brick my game but not lose 100% of the progress?
