Did they ever fix the micro stutters caused by the Local Hero perk? [KCD2]

There was a bug that caused micro stutters in Kuttenberg, and it turned out that the cause was the "Local Hero' perk and the way it interacted with that region. (I'm on PS5 Pro for this game btw)

I haven't played since Patch 1.2, and that was supposed to have fixed the issue but the problem was still there.

I'm planning on returning to the game, either to just do the 3 DLCs or for a fresh playthrough. Has this problem now been addressed?
