How to slow hair loss from surgery?

I just went through a 7 month shed… hormone and weight-loss combo. It finally slowed, but still shedding.

Now I have a march 10th surgery scheduled and aside from just worried about that, i’m worried my hair will start another TE episode. Any ideas?
