My Final Straw with Christianity

For a few years, I have at least entertained the possibility of becoming a Christian again. It was always a less-than-5% chance, but it was there. A local pastor did me and my wife a huge favor by allowing and my wife to have a secular ceremony. Kindness returns kindness, and I found the one Christian that practices what they preach.

But the atrocities committed by Christians on the daily is a lot to keep in mind. I just didn’t expect the call to come from inside the house.

I have two family members who are Christian. They randomly messaged me recently, trying to convince me to leave my wife. They have barely talked to her, and have since resorted to spreading rumors about my wife behind my back. Other family members are just letting this happen.

Christianity is dead to me. I’ve said a lot on this forum about what I think about this religion, but to actively try and break up a marriage? That’s next-level shithousery. It’s also unconscionable.
