Dana 30 U-Joint to CV-axle swap

I drive an early 95 Cherokee Country, Roughly 6in lift, 33" tires. Love this thing to death. Ive seen and heard about swapping the front Axles for newer Grand Cherokee CV axles. I have multiple questions regarding this.
1: Is this a Direct swap axle? or are their pieces i need to change other than the axles?
2: Is this as strong or stronger than the standard U-Joint Axles? Mine have been fine but im getting ready to replace the U-joints and im wondering if i should do the CV axle route and keep the U-Joint ones as backup?

3:What are the p[art numbers or year/make/models of jeep should i be looking for with the correct axles?

If theres additional info i need to know aside from these questions, I would be greatly appreciated for that aswell.
